Allow user to set the preferred startup folder. Favorites may not be the desired initial tab.

There is no need the display the site address. Delete it from the default setup and add a toggle on the settings page.

Have started TidyFavoritesConverter. Will take 33 hours to create database with all thumbnails! I DON'T need thumbnails but I DO need reliable favorite synchronization between IE, Firefox & Chrome. Same for PRO version
